Business Plan Preparation Services

All businesses should have a business plan. The importance of a comprehensive, thoughtful business plan cannot be overemphasized. The basic components include a current and pro forma (projected) balance sheet, an income statement, and a cash flow analysis.

Your business plan helps you allocate resources properly, handle unforeseen complications, and make good business decisions.  Because it provides specific and organized information about your company and how you will repay borrowed money, a good business plan is a crucial part of any loan application.

Some of the reasons that you may need a business plan include:
- applying for funding for a start up business or franchise
- applying for funding for working capital or expansion
- applying for the SBA Section 7(a) Loan Program
- applying for the SBA Section 8(a) Business Development and Small Disadvantaged Business Certification Program
